We have broken our process down into sections, so that you can easily identify what actions are undertaken at what point in the process – what is required from you and what is required from us, to make this a simple and seamless experience.

 

1 / EXPLORE

You may have browsed through our website or social media and decided on a semi-custom design that resonates with you, or you’re thinking to go with a bespoke design. Please get in touch here or email us and we’ll send you a form to gather as much information about you and your ideas as possible at this stage. Alternatively, you can book in for a free discovery call to run through the form together and discuss any questions or specific requirements you have.

2 / PRICING

Pricing for our semi-custom options and our bespoke design fee are listed in this guide. However once we receive your questionnaire we will send you a more tailored quote. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to get back to you with a quote.

3 / DETAILS

Once you’re happy with the quote and have decided to go ahead, we will email you a booking form to secure working with us. For semi-custom invitations this is where you’ll send us all the customisation choices for your order, as well as wording for your pieces. At this stage we require a 50% deposit before any design work can begin. You will receive an invoice with payment details as well as our T&Cs.

4 / DESIGN

Once the deposit has been received, we will start the design process, based on the ideas we discussed together and the content you have provided. For semi-custom designs, please allow 5-7 days for an initial digital proof for you to review/approve/make amendments (layout, wording). Bespoke design is a slightly different process and timings will be discussed during the design process. Please allow a few days for each revision. Once you have given final sign off, payment is required in full before your beautiful pieces are sent off to print.

5 / PRODUCTION

Your stationery is now at the printers, where your paper goods truly come alive! Please allow 2-3 weeks for digital printing and 3-4 weeks for any foil or letterpress printing. (note: we will do our best to accommodate any rush orders at an extra fee (see T&Cs). Allow for an additional week for any embellishments to be added and assembly to be done.

6 / DELIVERY

Your paper goods are on their way! We usually send out every order with Royal Mail or DPD recorded delivery. We send international orders using a tracked & signed for service which usually takes 5-7 days.
