How long before my wedding should I send out my invites and when should I order?

Typically, we recommend sending Save the Dates anywhere up to 8-12 months before your big day and 4-6 months for your invitations. For destination weddings we suggest allowing a few extra weeks. For ordering, consider that design, production and delivery can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks (semi-custom) and 8-12 weeks (bespoke) prior to you sending out your paper goods.

How many invitations should I order?

We recommend ordering 10% more than anticipated, to cover any last minute guest additions and for keepsakes. And remember, you only need one invitation suite per household!

how long will it take to RECEIVE my order from initial booking?

Timings can vary depending on if you opt for a semi-custom or bespoke service and your print and customisation options. Typically, we aim to have Save the Dates and Invitations ready 6-8 weeks after initial booking. Please allow 3-6 weeks for On The Day Stationery. Timelines are subject to change, but we will always communicate these with you. Local shipping can take between 3-5 business days and international shipping between 4-6 business days.

Do you have samples for me to purchase?

Yes, and we absolutely recommend buying our sample pack so you get to see and feel the material in person. We have sample packs available to purchase for £15, with this cost being redeemable from your overall purchase. Please enquire here to purchase.

Do you accommodate rush orders?

We are happy to accommodate rush orders where possible, so please get in touch regarding your timeline and we will do our best to make it work. Note that there is a 20% fee for all rush orders.

Do you provide mockups along the way?

Yes, you will receive various digital mockups and proofs along the way to see potential designs as well as to make sure that you’re happy with how everything is progressing before going to print.

Can I RETURN my product if I’m not HAPPY with it?

All products are non-refundable. If you have a query or problem with your order once it arrives, we will review the issues and do our best to rectify the problem.

Do you ship INTERNATIONALLY?

We partner with trusted tracked couriers, enabling us to work with worldwide clients. International shipping times can vary, but we will always communicate these with you.
